libgtkhtml-4.0-dev software package provides HTML rendering/editing library - development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkhtml-4.0-dev
libgtkhtml-4.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkhtml-4.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkhtml-4.0-dev *
You will get with libgtkhtml-4.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
